Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong understanding of financial supply chain management concepts and treasury operations.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FSCM and other enterprise systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize application functionality.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
