As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Collaboration with team members and other departments is a key part of your routine, ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals and provide effective support for business operations. Your role requires a balance of creativity and technical precision to deliver reliable and efficient software components.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques within Salesforce environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
