Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions meet client requirements and project specifications. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support the project effectively, ensuring that all aspects of the software development process are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise during the development process, while mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Experience with system integration and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
