- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with broader organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with integrating Selenium with various testing tools and continuous integration systems.
- Skilled in analyzing test results and generating detailed reports to support decision-making.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
