As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and continuously seek ways to enhance application performance and user experience. Your role will be pivotal in driving projects from conception to deployment, ensuring that all deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end frameworks and databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
