Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Spark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), AWS Architecture.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing principles and big data processing frameworks.
- Experience in optimizing and tuning Apache Spark applications for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline development in large-scale environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions in a collaborative setting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache Spark.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
