- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of application components.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to IT operations applications.
- Ability to customize and extend ServiceNow IT Operations Management modules to meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs relevant to ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
