- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palantir Foundry, MySQL, Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
- Strong experience in application design and development within complex business environments.
- Ability to configure and customize software solutions to meet diverse business requirements.
- Skilled in data integration and transformation techniques to support application functionality.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance.
- Familiarity with collaborative development tools and version control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Palantir Foundry.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
