Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system stability.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- 15 year full time education is required and Mandatory experience in the primary skill is required. Certification in primary skill is mandatory.
