As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. - Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technical efforts with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable code following best practices in software engineering.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules and external systems.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP landscapes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
