- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead the planning and execution of development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their growth.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards throughout the development process.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Order Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with external systems and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with declarative and programmatic Salesforce development approaches.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
