Proven experience in script writing and storytelling Strong understanding of tier 2-3 audience engagement and behavioral psychology Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Experience with data-driven ads optimization Experience in meta ads performance metrics is a plus
