What You’ll Be Doing Take full ownership of the content strategy end-to-end covering ads, landing pages, and social media Craft highly effective copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and scripts Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for new product or service launches Write short-form video scripts for formats like Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Ads Convert customer pain points into engaging stories Collaborate with the performance marketing team to improve CAC, CTR, and conversion rates Drive growth through both organic and paid content initiatives Partner with design and video teams to create ready-to-execute creatives Leverage AI tools to scale content creation and optimize workflows Essential Skills Excellent copywriting and storytelling capabilities Proven experience with performance marketing content Hands-on expertise in: Landing page development Ad creative production Video scriptwriting Knowledge of: Marketing funnels and conversion psychology SEO principles and audience intent Experience managing GTM or product launch initiatives Capability to independently lead projects from concept to execution (0→1) Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable) Familiarity with US, UK, or global markets Experience working with D2C, EdTech, or consumer brands Comfortable using tools such as: ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, and similar AI platforms GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush Exposure to AI-driven content production workflows Ideal Candidate Profile Someone who has: Led content-driven growth strategies beyond just posting content Created scripts that deliver strong performance in views, conversions, and revenue Participated in or developed GTM strategies Possesses the mindset of a marketer, creator, and strategist Why You’ll Love This Role Have a direct influence on revenue and company growth Work closely alongside the founders Enjoy the freedom to experiment, test, and scale new ideas Build content systems from the ground up (0→1) The Perfect Candidate Looks Like Content strategists who have grown social media presence by over 10X Creators who have driven millions of views or run successful high-conversion campaigns Professionals experienced in GTM launches, funnel development, and storytelling-led sales approaches Must-Have Skills Content Writing Ads Preferred Skills Creative Strategist Content Strategy
