We are hiring a Content Producer to create engaging, multi-format content that brings the brand to life across digital channels and drives customer engagement and awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce written, video, and multimedia content for social, web, email, and campaigns
Collaborate with strategy and content teams to develop integrated content concepts
Manage content calendars and coordinate content delivery across channels
Optimizecontent for different platforms and formats (vertical, square, landscape)
Monitor content performance and incorporate feedback to improve engagement
Adapt messaging and tone for different audiences, markets, and product types
Support content localization efforts across regional markets
Maintain brand consistency across all content assets
Requirements:
3+years experiencecreating multi-format content (written, video, multimedia)
Strong portfoliodemonstratingrange across channels and formats
Proven ability to write for different customer segments and experience levels
Strong understanding of digital-first content and platform-specific requirements
Proficiencywith content management systems and video editing tools
Understanding of content optimization for different platforms (vertical, square, landscape formats)
Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively across teams
Knowledge of financial services terminology and products beneficial
Understanding of brand guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements
Ability to adapt messaging and tone for different audiences and markets
Content calendar and project management experience
