About the Role 

We are seeking aConsulting / Principal Software Engineerto help design, build, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and collaboration across teams.We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about building reliable systems and solving complex problems.

Responsibilities: 

• Design, build, andmaintainscalable and secure applications using.NET Core and React

  
  
  

• Contribute to technical architecture, system design, and solution discussions

  
  
  

• Develop and manage integrations withSQL Server (SSMS) or MySQL

  
  
  

• UseGitfor version control and collaboration

  
  
  

• Build and deploy applications onAzure (cloud or hybrid environments)

  
  
  

• Ensure applications meet standards for performance, reliability, and security

  
  
  

• Support and guide team members throughcode reviews and knowledge sharing

  
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders

Requirements: 

• Experience working with.NET Core / ASP.NET Core

  
  
  

• Experience building user interfaces usingReact

  
  
  

• Experience withSQL Server (SSMS) or MySQL

  
  
  

• Familiarity withGit or similar version control tools

  
  
  

• Experience working withAzure Cloud services

  
  
  

• Understanding ofsystem design, APIs, scalability, and performance optimization
