Summary: We are looking for a skilled OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) Consultant to provide production support. The role focuses on incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of integrations. Hands-on experience with OIC, Boomi, or other integration platforms , OCI is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
•
Provide production support for existing OIC integrations (monitoring, incident resolution, performance issues).
•
Troubleshoot integration failures, errors, and exceptions across SOAP, REST, File, , database connections and other Oracle , non-Oracle applications.
•
Collaborate with application owners, developers, and business teams to resolve issues.
•
Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
•
Support integration deployments, versioning, and rollback processes.
Required Skills & Experience
•
3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
•
Strong understanding of integration patterns, error handling, and monitoring.
•
Experience with Technical adapters, SaaS Adapters, file-based integrations, and other adapters.
•
Good troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
•
Ability to work in a production support environment with SLAs.
•
Preferred Qualifications
•
Familiarity with OIC integration lifecycle management, versioning, and deployment processes.
•
Oracle certifications in integration or cloud applications.
