The Opportunity

Join the Brand Concierge team, a key initiative within Adobe Experience Cloud. The team is passionate about building AI-powered, conversational, and agentic experiences. These experiences help brands engage with customers in intelligent, contextual, and personalized ways.

As a Senior Computer Scientist, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical vision, architecture, and execution strategy for next-generation Gen AI-powered concierge experiences. You will work at the intersection of distributed systems, Generative AI, and real-time customer interaction platforms, driving innovation that directly impacts Adobe’s enterprise customers.

This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and cross-functional influence across engineering, product, and AI research teams.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build scalable, low-latency distributed systems for AI-driven customer experiences.

  
  

• Design and integrate Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows) into production systems.

  
  

• Define technical strategy, system design, and API architecture across services.

  
  

• Collaborate with AI, product, and UX teams to deliver intuitive, high-impact experiences.

  
  

• Drive engineering excellence through design reviews, best practices, and mentorship.

  
  

• Ensure systems meet enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, and security.
   

  
  

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.

  
  

• 10+ years of experience building and architecting large-scale distributed systems.

  
  

• Strong backend expertise (Java, Python, or similar) and microservices architecture.

  
  

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.

  
  

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI systems (LLMs, RAG, or conversational platforms).

  
  

• Strong system design, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
