You’ll break new ground by Your new role – challenging and future-oriented You support in the growth and implementation of a Digital Solutions & Innovation agenda for Siemens Global Business Services (GBS), collaborating cross-functionally with other strategists, developers, product managers, and engineers to craft end-to-end solutions that solve customer problems. You identify, design, and prioritize value adding solutions by applying state of the art technologies and services with the focus on AI. You drive stakeholder collaboration and communication by conducting workshops, and by jointly exploring different approaches, their risks, benefits, and impacts. You act as a translator between the tech teams and the business world, conveying stories and messages that drive awareness for digital transformation, AI and innovation. You are responsible for the E2E of solutions rollout including the definition and alignment of user stories, calculation of business impact, testing of developments, identification of changes. You ensure quality and continuous enhancements within the area of responsibility on a day-to-day basis. You foster feedback, communication, and service development culture according to company values. Continuously learning, analyzing, and refining opportunities and taking ownership. You stay up to date with emerging communication trends and technologies, and you always look for ways to innovate and improve.
