What Makes You a Great Fit: Over 15 years of proven experience in mobility, fleet management, or transportation operations.
Demonstrated success in scaling large operational networks and managing vehicle fleets efficiently.
Strong understanding of leasing models, asset management, and financial performance management.
Solid track record of business transformation and strategic leadership in a high-growth or startup ecosystem.
Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams and driving organizational alignment.
Background in automotive leasing, ride-hailing, or logistics operations preferred.
Exposure to digital mobility platforms or telematics solutions is an advantage.
MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations, or related discipline.
Visionary leadership with a commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial approach.
