CA - Finance Head

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead and manage the finance, accounting, and taxation functions for a group of companies operating in the textile sector. The role involves overseeing the financial operations of 15–20 group entities, ensuring accuracy in accounting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management.

The selected candidate will work closely with the management team and supervise accounts teams across multiple companies, ensuring standardized processes, strong financial controls, and timely reporting. This position requires someone who can operate with a group-level perspective similar to a Finance Head or Group CFO, while actively guiding and supporting finance teams across entities.

• Oversee accounting and financial management across 15–20 group companies.
  

  
  

• Supervise finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and balance sheet reviews.
  

  
  

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for audits and filings.
  

  
  

• Lead and guide accounts teams within individual companies, ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting.
  

  
  

• Monitor financial performance, working capital, and overall financial health across group entities.
  

  
  

• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
  

  
  

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  

  
  

• Total experience of 5–10 years, with minimum 3+ years of experience working in an industry/corporate environment.
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
  

  
  

• Experience managing multiple entities or group-level financial operations will be an advantage.
