About the role




The Business Process Expert (BPE) for ICO/ICT partners with Business Process Owners and cross-functional teams to design, govern and continuously improve end-to-end processes as part of Haleon’s Enterprise Transformation Programme enabled by SAP S/4HANA. The role shapes process vision and roadmap, drives disciplined execution through governance and change delivery, and ensures adoption and benefits realisation across operating units.




Role Responsibilities




  • Partner with the Business Process Owner and functional leaders to define the future end-to-end ICO/ICT process vision, design principles and roadmap aligned to programme objectives.



  • Lead discovery and design workshops to capture requirements, assess current state, and socialise recommendations to refine and finalise process designs.



  • Document “to-be” processes, controls and key decision points; identify bottlenecks, duplication and inefficiencies to drive simplification and standardisation.



  • Drive decisions through governance forums; manage stakeholders and ensure timely communication of outcomes, impacts and actions.



  • Enable readiness for delivery by assessing functional preparedness, shaping change interventions, and partnering with Training & Adoption to build role-based learning and documentation.



  • Support transition phases by defining interim operating states with Business Continuity and operational teams to protect service levels and minimise disruption.



  • Track process performance and adoption (KPIs, controls, compliance) and drive continuous improvement to ensure committed benefits are realised and sustained.




Why you?



Basic Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting (or related).
  • 12+ years of proven experience in Proven experience designing and improving end-to-end business processes in a complex, global environment.
  • Strong process mapping/modelling capability (e.g., BPMN) and experience producing clear process documentation, controls and SOPs.
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP-enabled transformation (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and translating business requirements into process/system design.
  • Analytical skills to diagnose root causes using data (KPIs, process mining/metrics) and quantify opportunities and benefits.
  • Experience driving decisions through governance, managing stakeholders, and delivering process change in line with programme milestones.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Professional qualification preferred (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA).



  • Experience in Consumer Health/FMCG and working across multiple operating units/geographies.



  • Exposure to automation/digital enablement (workflow, RPA, process mining) to streamline and standardise processes.



  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills; able to align diverse stakeholders and drive outcomes through forums and working groups.



  • Change delivery mindset with experience supporting training/adoption, communications and sustained performance management post go-live.
