Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst (IT System Analyst – Endpoint & Vulnerability Support (PC Support) to join Applications Development & Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive Functional Design Documents and effectively communicate technical details to developers. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and industry-specific knowledge.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore, India

What you will do

• Provides end-user technical support while maintaining secure, compliant endpoint environments.
• Supports devices, resolves technical issues, and assists with vulnerability remediation and patching.
• Tier 1–2 support for PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/OS issues (Windows/macOS)
• Install, configure, and maintain endpoints
• Handle incidents & requests via ticketing system
• Support accounts, VPN, email, collaboration tools
• Perform vulnerability scanning, reporting & patching
• Monitor compliance and support antivirus tools
• Track inventory & support device lifecycle management
• Perform cybersecurity assessments for apps
• Identify and escalate high-risk vulnerabilities or security incidents
• Ensure devices meet corporate security and compliance standards
• Asset & Environment Management
• Provide on call services EAME

 What you will have 

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years IT support experience
• Strong Windows knowledge, ERP knowledge
• Experience with vulnerability scanners
• Cybersecurity & patch management experience
• Proficient with ServiceNow
• Troubleshooting, communication, time management
• This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office.
• Shift Timing: 01:00Noon -10:00PM IST
