We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Performance & Planning Manager

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for providing proactive, insightful analysis and key performance metrics to drive improved business performance. Able to explain historic performance and future strategies of the business to wider audiences, adding commercial context to performance
• Support cost management unit reviews by having an effective outlook on business revenue and managing specific cost management reviews
• Support on end-to-end Workforce Planning process and continuously drive and enhance the process
• Assist in the production of the Annual Operating Plan collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure the process is seamless and it reflects the dynamics of the business
• Support leadership cost headcount and finance matters in partnership with the Global Private Banking & Finance team
• Coordinate and resolve all Servco queries independently

To be successful you will:

• 10+ years’ experience in business performance, cost management, financial analysis, trend analysis and quantitative analysis in a strategy consulting firm or leading global/regional financial institution.
• Minimum 5 years for chartered accountant or certified management accountant is must.
• Proven track record on problem solving skills and navigation within complex networks.
• Sharp business and commercial acumen, management of financials, ability to make and influence strategic decisions
• Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills are a must. Knowledge of Visual basic application is a major benefit
• Effective strategic thinking and problem-solving ability ,ability to identify, manage and mitigate risk effectively
• Results-oriented ability to deliver within deadlines by working independently and able to work in a small team with a flat structure
