The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting transformation initiatives.
- Capability to manage and guide teams through change and implementation phases.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
