Project Role : Business Architect
Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformation initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business architecture artifacts to support decision-making processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into detailed solution designs.
- Ability to develop and present business cases that justify transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with operating model design and implementation within complex organizational environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
