Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.
As a Manager, D365 Supply Chain + AI Solution Architect, you will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of supply chain solutions on Dynamics 365 SCM while integrating modern automation and AI capabilities (Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI, Cognitive Services). You will directly engage with business leaders, understand operational challenges, and translate them into future-ready D365 SCM solutions. This role demands strong consulting skills, deep functional expertise, rapid learning, and the ability to demonstrate how AI will improve supply chain efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities (Elaborated)
Client Engagement & Solution Leadership
Lead end-to-end client workshops, process deep dives, and requirement gathering sessions across SCM processes
Act as the primary solution contact for the customer throughout the engagement.
Translate business challenges into multiple solution alternatives and present pros/cons to stakeholders.
SCM + AI Solution Architecture
Define end-to-end solution architecture including process flows, integrations, and data design.
Identify automation and AI opportunities
Build intelligent workflows
Design & Delivery Execution
Prepare and own solution documents: BRD / FDD / Fit-Gap Analysis / Process Maps
Review functional configurations and ensure alignment to blueprint.
Ensure solution performance, usability, and scalability.
Innovation & Accelerators
Build functional demo assets and reusable accelerators for pre-sales and delivery.
Evaluate Microsoft release waves related to SCM and AI and apply relevant new features to ongoing engagements.
Professional & Technical Skills
10–12 years of experience in D365 SCM solution delivery.
Ability to convert business requirements into clearly defined functional and AI-enabled solutions.
Experience writing FDDs and guiding technical teams on integrations and data flows.
Good to Have Skills
Experience with integration patterns involving 3PL / MES / EDI systems.
Exposure to predictive analytics or AI-based planning tools.
Understanding of Azure ecosystem (Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
Behavioral Competencies
