Project Role : Business and Integration Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assists in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Is familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.

Summary:
As a Business and Integration Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the documentation of integration strategies, including defining endpoints and mapping data flows. The role requires active involvement throughout the project life-cycle, from analyzing requirements to supporting coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations. Working closely with the Architect, the practitioner ensures that integration approaches align with organizational objectives and contribute to seamless business processes. This position demands a proactive approach to coordinating activities that facilitate smooth integration across various systems and teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of integration activities with business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Configure Price & Quote.
- Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience with documenting and managing data flows and integration endpoints.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects and development teams to implement integration strategies.
- Familiarity with project life-cycle processes including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address integration challenges and provide effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Configure Price & Quote.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
