Your Impact
 

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will embark on a dynamic learning journey within our Global Supply Chain. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience and mentorship, allowing you to contribute to real-world projects across procurement, logistics, and planning. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will develop skills in process analysis, data-driven decision-making, and solution prototyping in a sandbox environment. By challenging assumptions and exploring the complexities of our operations, your primary impact will be your evolution into a data-savvy analyst prepared to support the future of our global supply chain.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A strong desire to learn how to map business processes, identify gaps, and uncover improvement opportunities. You should be eager to develop the ability to handle large datasets and learn how to apply business context to turn raw data into meaningful insights
• An interest in developing the skills to present data and insights in a logical, influential manner. You will learn how to translate complex technical findings into clear narratives that support data-driven business decisions.
• A foundational interest or academic exposure to tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint. You will have the opportunity to move beyond theory by prototyping and testing solutions within a safe, sandbox environment.
• An eagerness to partner with functional owners to understand how data flows through our systems. You will develop the ability to analyse metrics and data stores, learning how to provide actionable information that supports the needs of end users.

Preferred Qualifications

• You should have Degree / Diploma- B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc. or BCA from any specialization
• Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
• Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, “Can do” attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
• Must have graduated in 2025/2026 obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC).
• Must have enrolled as a "student" on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
