This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 5-20 LPA) Min Experience: 5 years Location: Hyderabad JobType: full-time You will lead the delivery of customer projects by utilizing AI-driven, AI-centered methodologies.
Serving as the liaison between clients—mainly based in the UK—and our internal engineering teams, you will ensure top-quality results, clear communication, and comprehensive documentation throughout every phase.
This position requires someone capable of fostering genuine trust with Western clients, managing complex project challenges, and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
You will blend insightful business analysis with practical project management, all while advocating for our AI-driven delivery approach.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client service engagements, from initial scoping through to final sign-off Serve as the main point of contact for Western clients, cultivating trust and long-term partnerships Create clear, well-organized documentation, including diagrams, prototypes, and detailed specifications Maintain project momentum by managing timelines, resolving blockers, and ensuring teams meet quality standards Enable effective communication between clients and internal engineering, design, and AI teams Keep up to date with trends in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI tools, and emerging technologies Support pre-sales activities by assisting with proposal scoping, effort estimation, and solution presentations Promote our AI-led delivery philosophy throughout all project processes What We Are Seeking More than 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or client-facing delivery roles Demonstrated experience working with UK or Western clients—candidates who have studied or worked in the UK are particularly encouraged to apply Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to quickly establish trust and rapport Strong skills in documentation and illustration, comfortable with wireframing, prototyping, and technical writing Familiarity with databases, cloud infrastructure, programming environments, and modern technology stacks Ability to engage socially, build friendships within teams and with clients, while driving accountability and delivering results Comfortable managing ambiguity, conducting difficult conversations, and keeping projects on track A genuine passion for AI, software engineering trends, and how technology is transforming delivery methods
