About the Role: This is the first hire for our Go-To-Market function in India.
You’ll work directly with the founding team to support market research, strategic analysis, and GTM execution across functions.

You’ll be joining at the ground floor of a mission-driven venture, working closely with the founding team to shape healthcare delivery in India.
This role offers a unique mix of strategic exposure and hands-on execution, setting you up for accelerated growth in strategy, operations, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Market Intelligence · Conduct market, customer, and competitor research · Track trends, consolidate insights, and share updates across the org · Maintain a central knowledge base 2.
Strategic Analysis · Develop financial and operational models · Translate research into decision-ready recommendations · Assist in preparing strategy memos and investor materials 3.
Growth Support · Analyze new markets, partners, and services · Contribute to marketing and sales materials · Support core ops: presentations, reporting, project tracking Qualifications: · 1–3 years in consulting, business strategy, operations, or research · Excellent analytical and communication skills · Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail · Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data tools · Preferred: Tier 1 undergraduate or postgraduate background What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a candidate who is: • Structured and analytical – able to break down ambiguous problems, build models, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations • Detail-oriented and highly organized – able to manage multiple projects without losing track • Clear and concise in communication – skilled at distilling complex findings into crisp takeaways for different audiences • Curious and entrepreneurial – energized by exploring new opportunities, learning from first principles, and working independently when needed • Adaptive and motivated – quick to pick up new concepts and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment • Resilient and hands-on – willing to dive into foundational “grunt work” that comes with building something from scratch • Ambitious – you see this role as a springboard toward leadership and greater responsibilities in a growing venture
