The project:

Rising in the heart of Pune’s commercial district, this high‑rise commercial development brings together global expertise and local ambition. Designed to set new benchmarks in sustainability, resilience and modern workplace experience, it reflects a bold vision for the city’s future and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and communities.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and collaboration across all projects.
• Develop and apply knowledge of ISO 19650 and related standards, supporting governance, assurance, and compliance processes.
• Ensure information security protocols are followed, while supporting the production, assurance, and delivery of information models.
• Contribute to BIM strategy through execution plans, information requirements, object library development, and shared resources.
• Review and research technology solutions, leveraging emerging innovations to enhance BIM processes and construction sequencing.
• Work collaboratively with project and design teams, supporting cost planning, continuous improvement, and the net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with 6-8 years experience.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
