Your impact

Will work on detailed 3D models and support other members of the modelling team in accomplishing complex tasks.  

Will need to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for BIM documentation a in a given project.

Is responsible for technical correctness, project standard compliance and timely delivery of the drawings and documents.

Exercises self-discipline and work ethics. Respect and follow company policies and procedures Liaise with Architect.

Familiar with Programs: REVIT Archi and other disciplines for coordination of models, Navisworks for checking of models, Experience in ACC, Revizto.

Should have working experience of working on Scan to BIM projects using point cloud data

Will have knowledge of BIM execution plan.

Here's what you'll need

Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering or equivalent Technical Education with 4-6 years’ experience working in BIM environment. 

Experience in developing LOD 400 REVIT modelling and Documentation, general arrangement drawings 

including plan, elevation, sections, producing schedules, details creation in 2D documentation, view 

template creation, 2D and 3D family creation, preparing interior and exterior view must have experience 

on international projects self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum 

supervision. Quantity extraction from the Revit model will be considered as additional skill. 

Has in depth knowledge of building Architecture elements. BIM Knowledge as per best-industry 

practice, hands-on experience in REVIT modelling and scheduling, multi-D coordination and 

documentation, BIM setup for a project and execution and monitoring. 

Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet 

deadlines, committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their 

experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft applications and good level of written and spoken English
