Billing Engineer - MEP

The project:

This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Support feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection, contributing to procurement reports.
• Apply value management techniques at the outset of projects to drive efficiency and clarity.
• Provide estimating and cost planning support, ensuring robust final cost plans.
• Assist in all procurement stages including prequalification, enquiry, analysis, selection, and contract preparation.
• Support preparation of contract documents, valuations, variations, warranties, and bonds in line with contractual terms.
• Work with Cost Consultants to deliver cost control, reporting services, and financial analysis for clients.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting operational delivery and team strategy.
• Collaborate towards net zero carbon transition, proactively managing emissions and reductions during project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field.
