The project: 

Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi.

Responsible for supporting (area/team), using basic/establsihed technical capabilities.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Apply value management techniques and support estimating, cost planning, and procurement activities.
• Assist in preparing contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses in line with project requirements.
• Measure and value work carried out, managing variations and supporting cost control and reporting.
• Contribute to claim evaluations, design change assessments, and final completion processes.
• Provide informal guidance to junior colleagues while building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support operational delivery of regional strategies, aligning with Mace’s standards and business objectives.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in civil.
• Experience of projects of a similar nature.
