The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering principles, backend development, and distributed system architecture, along with a passion for building high-performance and reliable applications.
As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with product managers, architects, QA teams, and fellow developers to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
You will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, from technical design and development to deployment, optimization, and production support.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance microservices-based architectures to support high-performance distributed systems.
Develop RESTful APIs and service integrations following industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical planning activities.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through effective debugging and root cause analysis.
Contribute to code reviews and ensure high standards of software quality.
Work with databases, caching solutions, and messaging systems to build robust backend services.
Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities to ensure smooth software releases.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to system design, development, and operational procedures.
Continuously evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience in Java application development.
Proven expertise in Spring Boot and enterprise backend development.
Experience building and maintaining Microservices-based architectures .
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and performance optimization techniques.
Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins is an added advantage.
Experience with cloud technologies, containerization, or modern deployment practices is beneficial.
Strong analytical thinking and debugging skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
