This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time As a Software Development Engineer (Backend), you will collaborate closely with product teams, business leaders, and, most importantly, customers on the ground.
You will gain a deep understanding of the problems, develop your own perspective, and address them with engineering discipline.
You will take full ownership of the problem from start to finish—comprehending the user’s needs, delivering the solution, and observing its impact in real-world scenarios.
We appreciate engineers who value fundamentals, enjoy exploring complexities, and thoughtfully consider why a specific solution is the best fit for a given problem.
Such engineers grasp trade-offs at a profound level and can justify their decisions using first-principles reasoning.
