Backend developer

Location : Gurugram (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, andmaintainC# and applications (.NET Core and .NET Framework).

• Utilise .NET to build robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

• Develop and optimise databases, ETLand SQL stored procedures on Microsoft SQL Server.

• Design and implement distributed systems using microservices architecture.

  
  

• Build andoperateevent‑basedcommunication using Kafka (producers/consumers, topics/partitions, consumer groups, delivery semantics).

  
  

• Collaborate across teams to refine requirements and deliverhigh‑qualitycode.

  
  

• Ensure reliability, performance, and security through testing, observability, and best practices.

  
  

• Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex issues.

  
  

• Improve\Refactor existing software

  
  

• Should be capable to handle live incidents

  
  

• Ability to execute complex tasks with high quality and minimal handholding

  
  

Your Profile

• Desired Experience - 8 to 10 years with Proficiencyin C#.NET, .NET Core, ETLandSQL programmingand optimizations

  
  

• Threading & Async Programming concepts.

  
  

• Design Patterns & SOLID principle.

  
  

• MVC,GRPC,Web APIs and REST Principle and other Web Concepts

  
  

• Server-side programming experience

  
  

• Knowledge of Microsoft AzureandDevops.

  
  

• Development experience in both windows and web services.

  
  

• Investment Banking domain experience.
