Your role and responsibilities

As a Back-End Developer for Systems, you will design and develop offering solutions using the latest technologies. You will work on developing software forAutomation and AIOps. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Development ofHybrid Cloud Management & Operations Consoleanchored with Infrastructure Automation.
• Enablement ofAIOps capabilitiesthrough integration of Agentic AI and AI Powered Insights with E2E Observability tools, including but not limited to IBM Concert, IBM Instana, IBM Turbonomic.
• Implementation of Enterprise Industry Standard Automation: Provision, Configure, Operate (Day 0 - 2) using tools including HashiCorp Terraform, Vault and Ansible

Required technical and professional expertise

An understanding of the software development life cycle for the product

Strong Programming skills

.Deep AI skills.Familiarity with AI model deployment and integration.Experience as Full Stack Developer with a focus on AI projects

.Development skills inPython, Ruby on Rails, Agentic AI and Data Science

.Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

.Experience developing rich HTML applications

Cloud essentials stack design and development

System Management stack software design & development

Strong debug and problem determination skills

Good communication and Analytical skills, decision-making ability

Ability to work in a team, under schedule pressure, and maintain deadlines

Preferred technical and professional experience

-Experience on tools like Jenkins, Git/Github, Gerrit or other equivalent tools.

-Knowledge of IBM Power systems, virtualization, System Management will have added advantage.
