Azure Devops Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Azure-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
* Architect, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Azure workloads, enabling reliable and frequent releases.
* Define and enforce DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code, automated testing, and monitoring.
* Design and implement Azure IoT solutions, including device connectivity, ingestion, processing, and integration with downstream systems.
* Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to define cloud-native architectures and deployment strategies.
* Drive automation for provisioning, configuration management, and environment management across multiple Azure subscriptions.
* Oversee identity and access management using Azure AD, ensuring secure access, RBAC, and compliance with organizational policies.
* Monitor system performance, reliability, and security; proactively identify and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers and peers in Azure, DevOps, and IoT practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Participate in technical reviews, estimations, and planning; provide thought leadership on cloud and DevOps strategy.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions on Azure.
