Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated RPA Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath. You will play a key role in driving automation strategy, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-impact solutions across business functions. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively taking ownership of additional responsibilities and driving initiatives as a senior team member.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and associated tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop secure, scalable, and compliant automation workflows aligned with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
• Conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs), perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize bot performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation (PDD, SDD, and operational guides) to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Stay current with the latest UiPath features and industry trends, contributing to internal innovation and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and familiarity with UiPath Apps and AI Center or Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving RPA technologies is essential.
• Solid programming skills in VB.NET, C#, Python, and SAP scripting.
• Experience working with SQL databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and version control systems such as Git.
• UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Developer, Advanced RPA Developer) are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Good to have:

• Experience with AI/ML, document understanding, or process mining.
• Exposure to cloud automation (UiPath Cloud, Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.
• Domain experience in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Consumer, or Customer Service.
