Review of entire Smart campus security operations from the start-of-the-art command center located in campus * Monitor and review security for perimeter, buildings, critical areas and critical systems within campus. * Monitor and review security operations through various security management tools like CCTV, access control systems, PA systems, etc., provide new system/technology solutions to cover the gaps in operations. * Perform analytics based on campus data for improving operations. * Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective management of security in campus. * Support in implementation of Integrated Security and Surveillance project/solutions * Share learnings and ideas based on operations review with the design team for continuous improvement and with other campuses * Review & provide inputs of Security system AMCs for uninterrupted support of security system/technology. * Manage and deliver highest standard of security for the campus * Build/Manage the Security Command Center team
