Associate Manager - Facilities

Supervise the working of sub-ordinates and contractual staff in accordance with the company's policy, service agreements (SLAs) with customers and in adherence to applicable legislative compliances.
Duties include the following:
1) Review food court operations and coordinate with Catering and Banquets team for internal catering; review housekeeping and pest control; provide logistical assistance for visits.

2) Guide the internal team on the upkeep and maintenance of ECC/Guest House and dorms.

3) Ensure a high standard of hospitality service to all customers.

4) Assist the team in implementing HSE standards across Infosys facilities.

5) Provide assistance and training to contracted staff in technical and customer service-related areas
