Our client is India’s leading business services company providing logistics and technology solutions to banks, financial institutions, organized retail, and e-commerce companies with a presence across Cash Logistics, Managed Services, and Technology Solutions.

An Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should hold an MBA or postgraduate qualification with a specialization in Operations and possess 12–15 years of experience in ground operations. Preference will be given to veterans or former Army personnel at the rank of Colonel.

Key Competencies:

1. Overall Accountability for ground operations for the assigned region.
2. Leading roll out of SOPs and conduct regular audits to ensure 100% compliance at the ground level.
3. Keeping close watch on process adherence & conducting surprise audits
4. Effectively strategizing & handling Logistics operations, maintenance and route optimization
5. Identifying & managing risk factors during operations – Analysing operations carried out with proper infrastructure, like manpower, vehicles, trunks, locks etc
6. Lead process related improvements.
7. Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
