Associate Consultant - Power Bi

As a member of Business intelligence team, you will be involved in developing automated reporting solutions and dashboards leveraging multiple BI technologies. You will be working in close collaboration with different stakeholders across the globe.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver best value and high-quality service.
• Build automated interactive dashboards using BI technologies - Power BI
• Analyze data from multiple sources to derive questions and insights
• Create visualizations to show KPIs efficiently

• Use optimal data modelling / processing techniques for improved performance
• Define requirements and provide simplified explanations
• Assist the other reporting team with setting up the BI framework
• Assist in the coordination of project start-up activities, creation of global programs, tracking spreadsheets, and other required documentation.

Qualification

• 2-3 Years of experience
• Any bachelor’s/master’s degree. Pharma knowledge would be preferred
• SQL/SAS and Power BI
• Ability to create Excel and Power BI Dashboards
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask, work independently, and efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines
• Good analytical capability, strong secondary research skills and excellent communication (Verbal / Written)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines
• Share insights and observations with the stakeholders.
• Ability to compare data sets, merge data sets
• Responsible for data extraction, validation, and analysis using various IQVIA databases
• Ability to look at data and spot trends and/or anomalies in the data
• Create Excel templates for data analysis and documentation (SOPs, Checklists) of projects
• Interact with clients to manage new client transitions, query resolution and ad-hoc requests
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with team members in performing quality checks for the delivery of projects with tight turnaround times
