Assistant Manager - Procurement

Handling end-to-end procurement activity of Electrical/C&I/Bought out Packages under EPC projects with mentioned core competencies.

 a)  Responsible for development of Sourcing strategies, Vendor identification, Development and Analytical assessment, to strengthen supply chain effectiveness & Negotiating for prices, terms & conditions,    

      warrantee, formulating CSQ, Evaluating the best supplier with respect to quality, delivery schedule & Cost criteria.

b) Skilled at reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates for installation & commissioning; reviewing contractor's change order proposals & submittals.

c) Broad exposure to International Commercial terms & Process, handling documentation process with focus on delivering business solutions
d) Effective reporting of the status of procurement activities of relevant categories for a project to enable the identification of delays and potential root causes
e) Provide support to the project in terms of any interventions required while administering supply contracts for relevant categories
f) Conduct regular procurement reviews in order to Meet the Project schedule.
g)Developing long-term partnerships with local & foreign suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery, and quality norms.
h) Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material/execution of job works
 i) Expediting with the vendor for meeting delivery schedule
