Asst EHS Manager.
 

Supports implementation of comprehensive EHS programs across JLL-managed properties, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting safety excellence.

• Conduct facility audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Deliver EHS training programs to employees, contractors, and occupants
• Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills
• Track EHS metrics, maintain compliance documentation and reporting
• Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
• Collaborate with property managers, engineers, and clients on safety matters

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, or related field
• 3-5 years EHS experience (commercial real estate/facilities preferred)
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Professional certifications (CSP, ASP, CHMM)
• Experience with EHS management software
• Multi-site or client-facing environment experience

Reports to EHS Manager/Director. May require travel to multiple properties.
