The Area Sales Manager is responsible for

1) Drive Primary and Secondary Business

2) Drive Profitable revenue growth

3) Maintain and review proper Sales funnel in SFDC on a weekly basis

This position reports to the State Sales Manager and is part of the South Commercial Team located in Chennaiand will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1)B.E / B. Sc. Degree / Any post graduate degree Prior experience in laboratory Diagnostics (7+ years’ experience is a minimum)

2)Generate and grow business for the company by promoting product range and implementing Sales strategies

3)Build long term relationships with the end users in the assigned territory by meeting customer needs Work with Channel Partner for streamlining Inventory and Order Management

4) Take lead to collaborate with Customers and APPS / Marketing team to conduct CMEs, Education programs at Customer sites periodically, Menu expansion.

5) Highly agile and flexible as extensive travel is required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

1)Distributor Relations Management Work experience in CRMs like SFDC Experience in MS Excel

2)Presentation Skills

3)Self-motivated
