The Role

As an Application/Software Architect, you'll be responsible for designing cutting-edge software frameworks, systems, and products that will set the standard for the industry. You'll use your extensive technical knowledge to conceive system interfaces and business application prototypes, while also identifying and resolving any framework design weaknesses.
The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing and governing the ServiceNow platform architecture to support IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and workflow automation across the bank. The role ensures the platform is scalable, secure, compliant, and integrated with enterprise systems, including core banking platforms like Temenos T24, while meeting Luxembourg regulatory requirements (CSSF, GDPR, ECB)

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities

  
  

• 8 - 10 Years in ITSM  / ServiceNow platform (architecture level)

  
  

• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules

  
  

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer)

  
  

• Experience in integration (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, web services)

  
  

• Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM (Common Service Data Model), and service mapping

  
  

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and infrastructure monitoring tools

  
  

• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD integration with ServiceNow

  
  

• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF)

  
  

• Knowledge of security, IAM, and compliance (GDPR, audit controls)

  
  

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

  
  

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science / IT / Engineering

  
  

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required

  
  

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – preferred
