Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled : « Finance Intern Analyst» has just opened at Airbus India located in Bangalore. You will join the Finance department in charge of Controlling & Accounting.

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in [July/2026] (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.

  
  
  

• Invoice Processing : Supplier Invoice processing accurately in line with tax invoice, PO and GRN (three way match)

  
  
  

• Accounting Tasks: Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and reconciliation.

  
  
  

• Reimbursements : Employee expense claims processing on time and in line with policy

  
  
  

• Report Generation: Assisting with the creation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports from Financial Systems.

  
  
  

• Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.

  
  
  

• Spreadsheet Management: Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for various financial tasks.

  
  
  

• Compliance and Audits: Supporting compliance efforts and assisting with audits.

  
  
  

• Presentation Preparation: Preparing presentations for finance-related topics.

  
  
  

• Project Support: Assisting with special projects as needed.

  
  
  

• Communication: Communicating financial information clearly and concisely. 

  
  
  

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

● Financial Analysis

● Technical Accounting

● Processes like R2R and P2P

Your Boarding Pass:
Eligibility Criteria:

• You are a Fresh Graduate ( Under Graduate or Post Graduate) in Finance.

  
  
  

• Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).

  
  
  

• Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.

  
  
  

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :

• Finance & Accounting background in degree

  
  
  

• Strong analytical skills

  
  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

  
  
  

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles

  
  
  

- Soft Skills :

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

  
  
  

• Attention to detail and accuracy

  
  
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  
  
  

- Language skills :

- English : /intermediate
