Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within Salesforce Service Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and case management workflows.
- Ability to analyze system logs and data to diagnose problems effectively.
- Familiarity with integration points and APIs related to Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
